1.Minimum order is 500 pcs per design and colorway for cotton material.
2.Trademark/copyright usage: All customers submitted copy or other material used in producing orders will be accepted as being in compliance with applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, service mark of similar protection. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless from any liability which may result from factory usage of customer submitted copy of art, Jemco Industries Ltd does not verify and are not responsibe for any misuse.
3.some of the images displayed are only for reference and were allowed by clients. Some logos or trademarks displayed in this catalog are for illustratinon purposes only. Thses items are not available for sales as shown without the permission of the owner of that product.
4.Artworks:sized camera ready art and clear concse instruction required. Exact duplication of logos and type styles cannot ready art and clear concise instructions required. Exact duplication of logos and type styles cammot be guaranteed unless camera ready artwork to size specification is submitted. Unless otherwise requested, Seek-Art Headwear will size art to best fit the decoration.
5.Acknowledgements: all custom of orders will be acknowledge by fax or email upon processing of order;
6.Cancellations: No cancellation of orders will be accepted unless approved by Jemco Industries Ltd and submitted in written agreement, However, completely finished orders can not be cancelled. partially completed orders can be cancelled only after payment for materials and labor expended prior to date of cancellation.
7.Changes/corrections: No changes will be accepted after the order has been put into production;
8.Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice; the prices for repeat orders would be adjusted according the floating material and Exchange Rate.
9.Payment term: Company check and net terms will be extended after complete and approval of credit application form.
T/T(telegraphic transfer) is acceptable for order value more than 1,000 USD; L/C at sight acceptable only for order value more than 20,000 USD. Returned check, a 50$ service charge will be added to all returned checks.
10.Freight: All shipment are FOB our factory, shanghai China.
11.Fabric color variations:Due to color varitations of dye lots, we can not guarantee exact color matches of material with each shipment. Certain distressed material may have shading variations. Fabric in hats may be subject to bleeding, crocking or fading when exposted water, sun or extreme heat.
12.claims:Claims for shortage or defective goods must be made within 5 days of receipt.
13.Pre-production proofs: one piece at no charge with your order.
14.Sample policy: First sample pack （1-2 pcs caps samples plus 1 pcs catalogs) are free, just for quality evaluation; For further sales samples, the average samples charge 4 USD per pc. Custom-made headwear samples will need set-up charge, a one-time fee of 50 USD is charged for the initial sep-up preparation of embroidery or screen printing works. The extra copies of generic catalog will be charged 3 USD per copy.
15.Production time: Custom-made caps hats samples time:1-2 weeks;
Big sales samples need about 3 to 4 days;
Production time: about 25 to 40 days;
Shipment by air: about one week;
Shipment by sea: about 17 to 30 days

18. Embroidery Specs: Artwork saves money( no postage), saves time (instant delivery) ! Send your electronic art via email as an Adobe illustrator v. 9(ai or eps) file saves either PC or MAC as an email attachment, one at a time. Please include PMS colors in file. Victor art is preferable to bitmap art ( gif. jpg. psd. and tif ). If only bitmap art is available, 300 dpi art work is best. If eletronic art is not available, cemera ready 4- color art work is prefrred. Artwork that is not additional 40 USD art set up fee. A revised quote will be provided once the art work is received and evaluated.
19.Tape Duplication: 50 USD for one duplicate of digitized tapes.
